We work in a variety of fields, with one of the most common positions being job recruiting. We’re hired by particular companies to find qualified employees.


We often explore popular resume-posting websites and seek out qualified candidates for interviews; we also travel to job fairs and various events for job seekers. We work for multiple companies to make sure they’re adequately staffed with top talents.


We’re very excellent and skilled at identifying talents and persuading people to interview with companies. We’re good judges of character and able to work with multiple departments within these companies. We have extensive experience, and at the same time are certified in Leadership, Team Development and human resources respectively.

Our Tasks

  • We evaluate candidates' strengths compared with clients' requirements, and recommend the best candidates to clients after a detailed screening and skill assessment.


  • We stay current on trends, emerging technologies and new and hard to find skill sets.


  • We network extensively to find potential candidates and clients.


  • We source through internal candidate database as well as professional associations, referrals, and other networking resources.


  • We negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates.
